I don't think I've ever interacted with a lady as rude as who I just spoke with here in billing. It was difficult not to laugh at her unwillingness to explain anything, her not answering my questions, and her outright silence when I asked questions or made statements. Techs great...but charging the same price for a doctor that's monitoring a tech and the tech is ridiculous. Seeing how they never tell you if your getting a tech or a doctor and that will determine on how much u have to pay is unacceptable. So thanks for charging me twice for a doctor with no doctor actually being anywhere around during surgery
