Have been trying to get in touch with this place for almost two years. My bill has been incorrect. I have a medical statement from my insurance with a completely different number. When I did talk to someone (Chrislyn) almost two years ago, she stated that this was an error on there end and they would fix it. Here we are years later and I have called almost every month, with no response or return.
Anesthetist was great BUT billing and communication is AWFUL. have called surgical ctr no less than 24x and left messages regarding my initial request for payment. No response. Sent certified letter over 2 wks ago and NO RESPONSE!
Overcharged and not willing to discuss with you. I paid in full before my surgery and then received and additional bill one month later. I called to discuss this and spoke with Monica. She said the anesthesia time went over. The time they quoted I don’t think was correct. I was still talking with my doctor at that time. Tried to negotiate the bill but she said no.
