John and Karin are a great team. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. Their confidence and knowledge made me feel very safe. Pilot Mike did a great job of keeping me in the know of where we were (the flight conditions) -made my flight a lot more interesting! They definitely raid an A plus!!!
