Marcia Franklin is the worst pcp. I have ever had in my entire life. Failure to treat. Failure to refer , misdiagnosis. , over medicate.
I have used this facility for many years since it was Emerald Physicians and never had any problems. Now it is medical affiliates of cape cod and looks like something changed. I've always use their lab because it was on my insurance network and it was free for me. But all of the sudden they switched out of network without telling me and my last insurance claim was not paid. Also my insurance pay 100 percent for physical visit with no copayment for me, but they submited the wrong billing code and I was charged coopayment. The... read more
