This poor rating is no reflection on my primary doctor, but on the phone staff themselves. So far l have been calling for 3 days and unable to get anyone to answer the office phones. The management of the office needs to change and improve, if they are answering from a remote location maybe they need someone to monitor if they are doing just that.
