I have seen Madi for multiple injectable appointments and there’s a reason I keep coming back! Madi is knowledgeable, informative, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I love my results and will definitely continue being a client!!!

I had another great experience at Forever Slender Med spa. The nurses welcomed me immediately upon arrival. Dr. David genuinely is a wonderful person who has a heart of gold. I just had my first ever experience at Forever Slender and it was amazing! From the front desk to my service- all staff was great! I was seen by Tracy and she was very professional and made me very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She explained what she was doing step by step so I was never surprised at what was happening. Highly recommend going to Forever Slender. I will absolutely be returning
