Good customer service. the ladies who work there are professionals. you are in &out just make a appointment .No Karen's are allow .
I went on December 30th never received my results. I’ve called and called multiple times nobody answers. Waste of money please don’t go here.
Daughter did a rapid antigen test at this site on Friday Dec 24 at noon. Someone was supposed to call her with a code to access the results on a portal (why can't this place give the code directly to the patient during the test appointments or via email, like the majority of other places do?). She got no code before 5pm on Dec 24, when the place closed for the Christmas holidays. Today is Sunday Dec 26, and still no code, and no way to talk to a human being to get the test results.
