Make sure you list them as your PCP, or you’ll wait forever. Waited more than an hour even though I showed up 15 minutes early to an urgent care appointment. 4 patients came in after me and were seen sooner, even though their appointment times were booked after me. They said this was the reason why.
This is a newer office in Alexandria, the staff and physicians here are very patient and excellent at their job. This is my second time seeing PCP- Dr. Raval and MA -Myra they are thorough, they listen and take their time to address my concerns. I will definitely suggest to make Dr. Raval your PCP if you don’t have one and live nearby this office!
Awful experience with the doctor. The staff was great. The doctor was rolling her eyes and making all sorts of faces like i was wasting her time. The meds she guarenteed would work are not working and im in extreme pain now. I am worse and need to see a 2nd dr with another copay. She lectured me on how she does medicine to the best of her ability....well if thats her best..god help us.
I was in discomfort and unable to visit my primary care physician. However, Dr. A. Wright and Farhad were able to assist me with my issue. I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for their patience and commitment in helping me...Thanks again.
