We payed Paul Lorrah $1800 to help my 89 year old father-in-law with Medicaid. Paul said my father-in-law wasn’t in the system and for $500 more, he would help us. We checked and my father-in-law was signed up. When we asked him, he said he would charge hourly, send a bill for his time and refund money. Paul Lorrah did NOTHING and won’t return calls. DON’T BR TAKEN!!!!
