I really would like to deal with the Georgetown office the office in Milford they are so rude. I’m trying to get my insurance straighten out because I can’t afford the co pay on a fixed income. I explained to Ms. Harmon that nothing has changed but my insurance went way up she told things change and I had better try and get on a payment plan that was an insurance problem and she wasn’t Cigna and my income didn’t matter.
I called trying to get help because my 75 year old father has been in hospital for a month and they are trying to dump him. It is not a safe discharge. He lives alone and it is not safe for him, he is having trouble walking. The woman who answered phone was no very little help. Basically told me take it up with Medicare or figure it out ourselves.
