My caseworker's name is Kortney Jones, and she is a delight. she is usually available as soon as I call, but if i have to leave a message, she always returns my calls very promptly. She always goes above and beyond to answer any questions or help me any way she can.

The ladies are always polite if you can ever reach them. They have a horrible habit of answering the phone just to put you on hold and then forget about you. I've waited a full 30 minutes before and no one picked back up but when I hung up and called right back I was able to talk to someone right away. If you leave a voicemail for someone, make sure YOU call back instead of waiting on them to call.

Cora Marshall, or whatever her name is, is absolutely the worst case worker. She is rude, a liar, unpleasant, and unprofessional. If you are assigned to her, I suggest you ask for a new person! I understand the kind of work they do, and the stress, there is still NO reason for her to act that way towards anyone!!
