Louisiana Medicaid workers can be some of the laziest workers I’ve ever encountered and I work customer service as well. They lie to you about your options, never presenting the full information on what can help you, they’re terrible advocates for patients when you really need them to be your advocate and they always sound so rude and uninterested. Please do better, Louisiana Medicaid. It’s not my fault you hate your job so please be more empathetic.
If and when you get someone on the phone if you ever do because they never answer the phone expect to be spoken to like they hate you. They hate their job. They’re miserable. They don’t want to speak to you and they don’t wanna help you. Even when you were kind to them, it does not matter. They don’t wanna be there and helping you so they give you the biggest attitude and the biggest runaround.
Can't get through by telephone at all. The phone message refers you to the website. The website is very confusing for me personally. I completed it as much as I could but have questions. I needed a little assistance.
