Never have any problems. For me works perfect and for my husband. I'm very please with Medica and won't change for any other insurance or clinic. You just have to give it a try the telephone or calls had nothing to do with it. You have problem jus call and make a report like with any other insurance.

Awful incompetence. Never answer their telephone. I telephoned as they opened at 9:00-9:05am and was on hold for indicating I was number one in que. A few minutes later I was number 15! and waited another full 24 minutes to speak with a human. I was following up on OTC items which were faxed and received three weeks earlier! Impossible to get through on the phone. They promise OTC in two weeks ; it takes almost a month to get the m. If you don't call to request, you wont get them at all. Always a new excuse. SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL!! method is the only thing that works.
