Awful, Just awful. I had surgery that was pre-approved done in October of 2025, yet I had not received the bill/EOB. 4½ months later (February) after several phone calls (with each representative stating something different, leaving me to do all the work of calling doctor than insurance again) they denied coverage. Their website needs modernization. It's difficult to find things. When I had settings for paperless it still sent paper eobs and statements. I called about it but it never changed. The benefit for dme is vague.
The customer service line. Artifical intelligence lady voice is got me on my nerves. The selection is not good. I was there for an entire hour. Kept pressing all selections to get to a live agent. I'm not sure I want to deal with this. I'm sure the ceo of this doesn't care. But guess what when it's time to get a new contract they will care when they don't get one
