MEDICA IMAGING LLC This rating is for the Medica billing department. THEY HAVE THE WORST BILLING. The people on the other end are completely clueless. If you ever have to doing monthly payment make sure you note everything. They have four different offices they could not tell you their head from their ass. I will go to my hospital next time and will gladly pay the couple hundred dollars difference. Unfortunately the office is the ones that will lose out on patients due to the incompetence of the billing department.

The facility ignored a stat order form my physician and held onto the results over the weekend, resulting in an unnecessary and expensive emergency room visit. The scan was for a stone that, after analysis, turned out to be a calcium stone about the size of a pea. should have been detected but wasn't. This is great example of your get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

I am really sorry to have to say this about them. The people there are great and so is the facility BUT their billing is so messed up. They had one digit off on my street address and I never got the bill. They had a valid phone number but never bothered to call. Instead, they sent the part that the insurance didn't pay to a collection agency with the exact same incorrect address and that collection letter made it to me. I contacted the facility who assured me the collection agency was informed to stop collection. A month lat... read more

Procedure was fast and painless, appointment booked easy, but they never sent results to my doctor which caused me to sit an extra hour waiting for the faxed results.

I needed a MRI before hand surgery. It was a little hard to get a appointment. The scheduler was not friendly when the available time slots didn't work for me due to my work schedule. In the end we got it worked out and it was quick and everyone was very nice.
