Everything about this place is excellent. Location is great, office is inviting, display of the supplies is easy to see, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The technician, Darren, is quite matter-of-fact but will tell you what you need to know even if it isn’t selling you something. I really appreciate his candor and no-nonsense expertise. Highly recommend for all your Cpap supplies.
Nice people
The real people here are absolutely wonderful. With that said, don't call during the off hours or you will have the "pleasure" of arguing with AI and trying to convince a machine that you don't want to purchase all of the resupplies at once. Ask to speak to a real person, oh sure! AI will let you after you place your order! Hey, I'm not worried my sleep apnea will kill me, Skynet is only a few months away from declaring war on humanity if we keep going at this pace.
