I love Medic Rescue, but I am disappointed in your policy for membership. For health reasons, we go south to warmer climates a couple months each winter. We have our mail sent to our temporary address, and it is not sent every day. My husband sent our renewal check in, but it was not received until a couple days past renewal date. They are returning the check! While we have supplemental insurance which pays for ambulance service, we have supported Medic Rescue for MANY YEARS. I believe it was truck 82 today that took such great care of my mom. Not only did they take her to the medical center they came back for her to take her to UPMC. I can't thank you enough for your work and your kindness.
