The staff is professional and do an excellent job. Frank and Melissa answer all your questions and explain the donation process clearly. The center is immaculately clean.
Giving 1 star because zero is not an option. What a way to make something as beautiful as blood donation into the most humiliating and disgusting experience. I left your office in tears. We are NEVER EVER coming back. Kudos to the nice lady working the front desk today for keeping herself calm while having to work with the horrible guy taking the blood.
