Giving 1 star because zero is not an option. What a way to make something as beautiful as blood donation into the most humiliating and disgusting experience. I left your office in tears. We are NEVER EVER coming back. Kudos to the nice lady working the front desk today for keeping herself calm while having to work with the horrible guy taking the blood.
I have given gallons in the past but now they don't have enough people and you have to have an appointment too much of a hassle for something I give for free that's worth an awful lot of money seems like they could pay for one person being there all day if they just got one donation but maybe I'm wrong
Frank is excellent. He is professional,friendly and pleasant. The staff are respectful and courteous . Overall a great atmosphere for donors.
