I have been fortunate to use Medic Cloud's xray equipment and their IT services across many radiology sites for a number of years. The xray images produced are of high quality, low dose and Medic Cloud are foremost in streamlining medical imaging order workflow. Their professional tech support team are quick to respond to any queries and always willing to teach our staff ways to improve their workflow.
We are a group of three veterinary clinics and have used Medic Cloud over the last few years for our x-ray equipment servicing, new system purchases, and more recently ultrasound servicing. Sam and his team have always been communicative, knowledgeable, and highly professional. We can always get support when we need it, as well as thorough and honest feedback. Our recent install progressed quickly and smoothly from quoting to installation, and we happily recommend their services.
