My equipment wasn't functioning correctly this morning so I called Medic-Aire & spoke with Kelly. She was extremely professional and pleasant; within a hour Greg showed up & took great care of me by replacing my stationary concentrator, hose, and even the filter on my portable concentrator. Greg was super kind and professional. Thank you Kelly & Greg! My previous experiences have always been great as well.
I use them for my CPAP needs and on the rare occasions I need their help they are always very nice and very accommodating.
My client in st marys received the large bottles upon return from the hospital. He needs a portable pack like he had the last time he is a driver. He tells me he called once they said Friday as in last Friday not yesterday, he said called again said next day, no show. I see you're closed until Monday. He is located in st.
