They're horrible do not go there
I came to this company with a problem that NOBODY else would help me with. With multiple phone calls and multiple hang ups, this company came through for me. I apologize I don't remember all the ladies names, but there were I believe 3 ladies bending over backwards to help me. Thank you ladies for helping me get my compliance letter off my SD card. I just picked up some initial supplies yesterday as well as exchanging an item today and had a positive experience. I will continue to use this business in the future for my supplies. I spoke to Shelly on the phone and another lady in person. Both of them were very pleasant.
In the process of getting a restraining order. The company keeps sending the same tech to my house to retrieve a wheelchair that has already been picked up when my dad switched back over to hospice who used Joerns now called BME. I even called and spoke to a Shelley or Shelby who is the supervisor and told her that the wheelchair was picked up with all the oxygen equipment and yet they still sent the same tall white guy to my place of residence.
