Had my first meeting, I was told to fill out a form, it was a self identification form along with asking my sexual orientation. I asked if this was mandatory as it seemed very intrusive. I was told, yes, it's mandatory. It actually is not mandatory, the worker lied right to me. How do you trust a system that is willing to lie just to get more funding?

What an awesome, amazing training and the group of individuals in the training really made it a wonderful experience to train for!
They do not care about the safety of the community one bit. My family was constantly hounded and felt forced to sign some nonsense agreement by mediation services so that all criminal charges would be dropped for a violent criminal who has commited assult and threatened our lives. This is not justice and Mediation Services is trying to put my families life in Danger just so they can "Close the File" and save court costs for someone who should rightfully be locked up. Our Justice System is a FAILURE.
Training is thoughtful and thought-provoking. More personal growth than I expected, although that too has great and immediate use with both work and personal relationships.
