Iska is very sharp and knowledgeable. She is very professional, and focused as well. Got lot of patience, and makes you feel comfortable during the entire process. I truly appreciate her valuable inputs, and all of her help. She knows what to do and how to speak aptly during difficult situations. She cares about you as a person, and helps you stay positive and motivated during the difficult times.
My ex-husband and I worked with Iska in mediation between December 2020 and July 2021. For 7 months my ex showed up to meetings unprepared without the required documents. He spent the scheduled times dominating conversation and evading direct questions. She did nothing to guide the conversation, keep him on track, hold him accountable for not following through, or attempt to move forward.
