I can wholeheartedly recommend this group. The meditation was very professionally done and the mediator himself was terrific. Even though the other party did not meet all the terms that we agreed upon in mediation, this was certainly not the mediator’s fault, and it was such a positive experience that I am still happy with the mediation process itself and the skillfulness of the mediator. Overall, a far superior option than going to court.
We worked Amin to help mediate a discussion with our only unhappy home building customer. I consider myself a rather good communicator, even in difficult times, but was unable to rectify this situation–the more we offered our customer and the more we did, the more unhappy they became. Terrible experience, I will never use a mediator again. You are hiring someone who is not trying to help you, but rather do whatever they have to say to get you to sign something, with or without an attorney present. They will gaslight you, manipulate you, and straight up lie to you to try to convince you of something or make you second guess your own beliefs. I went in thinking I would be able to discuss numbers with a neutral who advertised themselves as qualified for business disputes. They had no business or financial kn... read more
