If there is a less a one star I would give! I went there with my prescription from my cardiologist, the chemist gave me the wrong medication that I have been taking for the whole month. How I find out lucky I walked in to get my repeat I went to 24 hr chemist in Penrith they discovered I was given the wrong medication not what the specialist has given me. I came into the store about a two weeks ago and was helped by a young blonde staff member. She kindly approached me and recommended a cleanser that has truly changed my skin. From the moment we spoke, she made me feel comfortable, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help. I’ve struggled with my skin for quite some time, and even after just two weeks of following her advice, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement. Thank you, Mediadvice, for training your staff so well her customer service was outstanding.
This pharmacy is extremely difficult, everything is a drama with the female pharmacist kept waiting over 25 minutes on two occasions now for simply repeat medication. Buyer beware this is the same pharmacy owned by Glenmore Park Pharmacy in the Coles centre, check out there google reviews I don’t need to say any more. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the heartache no customer centricity with this business. They are also expensive on scripts and general retail probably because they believe they have a captive market in GPV.
The only chemist I go to. There was a time I'd go to a pharmacy to try "save money" but at the end of the day, there was absolutely nothing personal, no friendly customer service or help. The staff at mediadvice both mulgoa rise and Glenmore Park are always so lovely, accommodating, go above and beyond and get to know you by name. I won't go anywhere else. It's how a pharmacy should be.
I had a great experience at MediADVICE Pharmacy! All three ladies working at the time were incredibly helpful when I came in with my four-month-old who has severe eczema. They recommended a cream, and just one day later, I can already see a massive difference.
