I’ve been going too this chemist since I was a young!!…Which wasn’t that long ago! Lol…. I’ve read a few unfortunate people that have had different experiences!! But honestly Staff is warm and helpful! They are willing too help with your medical condition and questions!! Wait time is short and prices are fair! 😊
disgusting customer care at this place. I'm a pensioner and I went in their today to get my scripts. I also gave them my gap card which they gave me in December 2025, the pharmacist told me it was out of date and will not give me my discounts. I explained that they gave it to me in Dec 2025, and that I don't understand why its out of date already. I have had no benefit from this gap card. she just walked away and didn't want to listen to me. what is the point of this gap card ?. her customer care was appalling.
Pleased to hear the MALE PHARMACIST HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!! Mavis on mat leave again, HOWEVER the new lady pharmacist is SO FRIENDLY, SO HELPFUL and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! She comes out of the box and TALKS WITH CUSTOMERS!!! Nice to know a local pharmacy appreciates local customers 🫶
