Worst internet provider I've ever used. Get starlink instead, 100x better.
If any one gave this company 5 stars they are lying. This is the worst internet company that I have ever dealt with and is the company in my area. There is constant outages/slow internet speed/ with your wifi connection constantly dropping. If I give this a worse review I would. I wasted money on them for a year now and have made over 30 phone calls complaining about the issues I listed above. Nothing ever changes. Probably biggest scam I have ever seen. Worst Ethernet/WiFi I've ever had. Can't use multiple devices or download anything with speed. Highest package available and it's garbage
Called and asked for no modem, since you can't take it off on the website. Agent assured me technician won't install it. Technician Katrel insisted on installing it, promised to come back and pick it up, and then never did. Called support, and they said he never should have installed it...
