Worst internet provider I’ve had in the last 10 years . It’s always an outage or interruption in there service and it takes all day to get restored and I mean the entire day , then to add insult to injury they credit your account for the outage $5 the most $7. Absolutely ridiculous, do your research about companies before dealing with them. I didn’t want to give 1 star.
How in the world is the internet so fast but crashed MORE THAN 3 TIMES DAILY!!! OVER 120$ A MONTH AND IT ACTIVELY IS COSTING ME INCOME. THIS IS A HARD WIRED LINE, ARE YOU DISCONNECTING ON PURPOSE TO SAVE INCOME?? FIX YOUR CRAP!
Worst internet provider I've ever had. Their lines are leaking data and are down and spotty on a daily basis. I'm about to call to cancel so I can just continue using my AT&T phone as my mobile hotspot for remote work. Almost $100 wasted per month.
I have had Mediacom for a year. In all that time, I’ve had issue after issue. I’ve been told the problem is NOT in my home but in the lines outside. I’ve been told over and over that the issue has been fixed. Yet, my service has been out since 2:30 Friday and still out on Saturday at 5pm. Mediacom is the only company in my small town! So I’m stuck with the devil I know! I’m also always made to wait days for a tech just to have them tell me it’s not in my house but outside and they have to get another type of service tech!!! ... read more
We switched to Mediacom for Internet after having all kinds of issues with at&t. They were very prompt and arrived when they said they would. The person who did the installation was very professional and super helpful. So far we are very pleased with the service. Will NEVER go back with at&t.
