Always going out and for the price they do not care about there customers will be dropping there service tomorrow
We pay so much money for your guys services but yet we get kicked off the internet all the time or it goes out all the time ether fix it or make your guys bill Cheaper because for how much people pay your guys internet is not worth the money
Called because of internet outage, had add an automated agent ask me what was wrong, then it told me to call back later because they were having trouble transferring calls, and hung up. I tried again and got the same result. I'm pretty sure even the most saintly person would be very irritated with that.
