Our internet is out alot lately for no apparent reason. It is very frustrating. I wish we had other options.
After having MediaCom in my home for 29+ years, I changed to another Internet provider. After turning in my modem I was informed that they showed that I have additional equipment, to the tune of $150.00. I assured them that I did not. I paid the outstanding balance, minus the charge for $150.00, They turned me over to a collection agency. Now I am filing a civil suit in Magistrate Court. MediaCom customers, beware!!
Would not recommend. Frequent outages and delayed service assistance. No good for work from home.
