Horrible service, constant price hikes, laggy internet when trying to play games takes weeks to get a tech and still no issue resolved they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well everything is good on our end when it is not after running multiple programs and finding mediacom as the issue.great download speeds horrible upload speeds very laggy.
I have been trying to help my father-in-law disconnect his service, return his equipment, and be refunded his last month payment when he cancelled his service. These people have been of no help in that they are saying the equipment wasn't returned and that he had no outage when his service obviously didn't work which prompted him to cancel the service. Got a notification doing maintenance at my place, and then modem no longer would power on. Technician came out and said another house had same issue and had to give them a new one,but because I don't rent a modem can't do anything about it and thats why you rent a modem, but I self own to save money. I said since another house had same issue will you replace my modem and he said there is no way to proof that they damaged my modem and that i should rent instead.
