Service was ok; they just got to darn expensive.
My internet has been cutting in and out for 4 days and have been waiting for the service appointment. Then i see the technician drive past my house and put the appointment on hold and can only talk to an automated phone service
At almost $100 per month for basic internet and the internet cutting in and out…it’s time to switch to Comelec! Fed up!
Wishing 0 stars was an option!!! Tv service is overpriced and customer service tells you to go to some other provider. Then they force you to use their eero devices. The service is for an 80 yr old couple who do not need it. They are just used to it and don't want to change. How awful is this company! Don't let them your house. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY FOR PHONE INTERNET OR TV!!!!!
Just got off the phone with a rep that would not let me speak one word she wanted the highest rating possible but yet she would not listen to anything I had to say. I explained to her it wasn't related to my modem or anything with my house equipment she ignores me says there's tech coming next week to look at my stuff when I had one this week! I told her it's not on my stuff telling her it's with the whole block. She then continues to ignore everything I said speaking a mile a minute this is not how you do business you speak... read more
