Clean fast and polite service. No complaints at all
Our internet drops out at minimum once a week. Just got off the phone with them and made to feel it was our fault they have horrible service. Where we live this is our only option for internet and we absolutely hate it. Get your internet from absolutely anyone else. If I could give zero stars I would.
Dropped off equipment after cancelling cable tv, the ladies that work there are very polite and professional
They charge outlandish monthly prices for longterm customers, while drawing in new ones with $30 monthly costs. I decided to come back to them after several months for that savings, yet they failed the very first test, not showing up on time for the installation! I'm done, forever, with this absolute garbage of a company. The sooner full home fiber pushes these scammers out of Marion, the better it's residents will be.
