I spoke with Sarah Geary when working to get a new package and rate. She was absolutely fantastic to work with her. She was both knowledgeable and personable during the entire process. She made a call to mediacom feel like a call to a friend or family member. If I could request who I spoke to at any company over the phone, I would ask for her every time. I hope Mediacom acknowledges employees like her. Thank you again Sarah!

I have been here 3 days at my new apartment and there has been an outage here 3 times. It is annoying and ridiculous.

I used to recommend Mediacom to people. But the last 2 years have been absolutely terrible. The last 2 weeks my Internet dies daily. Every time I call, I get the same stupid response. "Well looks good on our end, we can't help you" I work IT and that is complete BS. I'm sick and tired of paying almost $200 for service that barely works. Worthless Internet, worthless, service, worthless incompetent employees, worthless company. Canceling this BS company tomorrow morning first thing. Sick and tired of this. Do better. I never leave reviews, but I’m making an exception. I’ve been with them for 6 years and most of that had been not good. The service was almost unusable for a couple years. Downtime every single morning or all day. Multiple techs came out and told me everything was fine. A couple years after all that one came out and actually checked the line and immediately found the issue. So they fixed it and there was a major improvement.
