Not enough open hours no weekend repair seven for outages on simple modem exchange actions
UPDATE: after 2 months of going back and forth and telling them we turned it in… GUESS WHAT! They found it in the “back”. Like we told them for 2 MONTHS!!! The threats. The $350 bill. They didn’t apologize. Nothing. Scam company. I’m just glad they were able to find it and clear the bill. Their customer service sucked except for the ONE person who found it and was honest.
