Unreliable internet. If you have options explore them before settling for Mediacom. Sadly they're my only choice. Edit: I think my 56k modem back in the days of dial up was more reliable than this service. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. Edit: well over a year out from this review, and still the Internet just randomly cuts out for 10-15 minutes a few nights a week. Like right now, perfectly clear sky, all green on modem, but my Internet is down. Literally use any other provider if you have the option.

Great to have a local office in the Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach area. Sure hope they don't close it next month.

One Star because I can't rate lower. Worst connectivity issues I have ever experienced and zero effort to help resolve the issue. Not worth the money. Two cups and string would work better

You can tell customer service is NOT the specialty of this company. Don’t expect to get that promised call back. Don’t expect to receive anything they said they will mail to you. The only thing that you CAN count on is getting a bill, getting the runaround, and being spoken to like a child. Starlink has our business.

Horrible internet service with rude employees. Sherry was very unprofessional. Call Brayley at Point Broadband. She is very professional and saved me $50 a month.
