Had for 3 months now as it’s the only thing available to us and they SUUUUUUUUCK!!! It’s same prices as Xfinity but half the service. It literally loses wifi connection everyday single night around the same time and won’t come back online until about an hour later. Look at the outage map and it shows just my house as “routine or scheduled maintenance “ like really every night ?!?
Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
Have been with Mediacom my entire life until now, I couldn't be happier to finally be rid of it. This office is also terrible, have never had a good experience here and have always been treated terribly by personnel (except for one technician), so bad experiences in that entire twenty years, except one worker. I'm glad they're no longer the monopoly in town!
They keep increasing the price and Paying for a gig of internet but yet speed test at my router are only 400mbps to 600 max no higher called to see why they say thats not what they are showing and to figure it out. Not my router it's built to be way more than I need it's a NETGEAR Nighthawk rs700. so done with this company!
I'm paying over $100 for internet that goes out every ten minutes. It's infuriating. I've had technicians come out to my house multiple times and they continue to either jerry rig increasingly bizarre setups or they blame it on me. Either lower your prices significantly or lose another customer. I am not paying for this garbage for another month if this is how it's going to be.
