Absolutely RIDICULOUS company tells you one thing on the phone then charges you more they need to be investigated by the BBB
Very slow internet. They sell the 1 gig internet but you only get 250mgb speed and that's with their modem. Never seen a gig speed. Dont waste your time with them.
Had for 3 months now as it’s the only thing available to us and they SUUUUUUUUCK!!! It’s same prices as Xfinity but half the service. It literally loses wifi connection everyday single night around the same time and won’t come back online until about an hour later. Look at the outage map and it shows just my house as “routine or scheduled maintenance “ like really every night ?!?
Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
Have been with Mediacom my entire life until now, I couldn't be happier to finally be rid of it. This office is also terrible, have never had a good experience here and have always been treated terribly by personnel (except for one technician), so bad experiences in that entire twenty years, except one worker. I'm glad they're no longer the monopoly in town!
