Wow unbelievable crappy customer service and try to charge you for equipment they won’t send postage for so you can return. Too lazy to fix problem. Would rather ruin credit and steal from yoi
If I could give a zero I would. The eero box is apparently no longer connecting to my modem but my modem is online and instead of just sending me a new one or having one dropped off a while troubleshooting ticket had to be done and the first available appointment is a week from now! That is NOT acceptable at all! Thank God the only other company available to us is currently laying fiber optic in our area. I finally have the option to switch.
