I only had this service since the March. They do scheduled maintenance doing the day instead of at night when most ppl are sleep. I don’t want a dish in my yard they look tacky. Albany needs more services to choose from!

Great customer service! Maps will get you lost! Mediacom return/ bill pay in the Food Lion shopping center. There are also three other addresses that come up when looking for directions. This is bill pay and return hardware.

Awful. Leave our internet alone. Why are you shutting down our neighborhood for maintenance 2 days in a row. Let it be. Why would work need to be done every month? Get our of lenox and let another provider come in.

I'm going to admit that they reel you in with a really good deal. However, that is pretty much where the goods stopped. I used Mediacom for almost 8 years and I spent seven of that hassling with them to get my bill lowered. It seemed like every month they were adding more and more money until it was almost $500 a month. They had to redo the wiring three times. I went from basic service to the best they had and still had crappy coverage. The home phone always had static in it. You could barely hear the person on the other end... read more
