Dubuque Iowa July 29 2026. My experience with mediacom was not good. Let’s put the shortest way and now when I was looking for Internet, I come across price and a lot of stuff on for return. I was septic and I really wanna try to see. Does this new generations of the people of workers and management do anything better job than what use to be,I got surprised positively surprised when I ordered a service. If you want your internet down on any day, at any time for hours on end or intermittently throughout the whole day then these are your guys. Genuinely an awful company with terrible support. No wonder ImOn has taken all their business.
I would give them a 0 if I could customer service sucks. My mom has been a customer for years and Medicom did maintenance on Wednesday and she lost internet, phone and tv service. I called them and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could have someone there to fix it. I told them she is 83 years old and needs her phone in case of emergencies. They moved it up to next Tuesday and when I ask if they could get someone there sooner they said no we only have techs in the area on Tuesday. If they are so great they would hav... read more
