I wish there was half a star. Im in an area that so far only offers this particular service. We started out pretty well. Then started dropping signal, had a great guy come right out. But then they came up with eero, because the box that originally worked just fine suddenly can not work without this booster, 🚩#1 and that booster needs boosters in other rooms, 🚩#2 for additional fees of course. 🚩#3. I've had this service for years and since we've had it it's been spotty at best. So many drops in service. Losing internet connection and internet speed. In the beginning we paid less than $100 for everything (cable, internet and phone). It's now over $300 @ month. And service is still just as 💩. Supposedly they had a fix on the pole outside my house but yet the problem still isn't solved. Paying for the best internet but getting bottom tier connection. I've had Mediacom internet over a year and lost service 3times but was notified immediately and told how long it would be out. No problem with the customer service either!
