1 star is too good for this company. Dial up is more reliable than their horrible service. I am forced to use them due to my HOA. If you are wanting to think about this company….DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!
Service is garbage. my internet drops out every 10 minutes for 1 to 3 minutes at a time. i have had multiple technicians to come try and fix it and they do not fix problem. your technicians are not good at there job. the refer the problem to maintenance every time and nothing has been done to fix the issue. and Mediacom is the only provider offered where I live. i would give a big fat 0 if i could.
completely unable to setup online portal due to inability to verify using a variety of different emails and phone numbers. The company's response was to say they weren't at fault and then stopped trying to help. I don't think they even know what customer service is.
