Came home from vacation to find the cable line pulled from my home, obviously damaged from a tree limb falling on it. Made an appointment to have it replaced, technician just rehung the damaged line. Made another appointment, this time it's mysteriously cancelled in the middle of my 1-5pm time frame. Now I'm told I have to wait even longer to have another technician come out and replace the line. I can't recommend this company anymore due to the horrible customer service.
Media com might be the worst internet of all time, randomly cuts out and cuts back in, sometimes goes out for long periods of time, have had people look replace and everything else and nothing changes, if you can find any other internet provider then do so, media com makes even the worst look like a 5 star
