The front desk clerk in the office was the rudest customer service person I have ever come in contact with.
Opens and closes when they want. Not open on the weekends. Making it difficult and inconvenient for people to return equipment. Especially when customers have a 45 min travel.
The worst company out there. Wish we had other internet options
I have had my Internet taken out 4 times this year from the company that comes into mark the lines, i have called to have Mediacom hold them responsible and they will never let you speak to a supervisor to get to the bottom of the situation they just want to send another tech out to acknowledge that my cord is STILL in fact damaged worst customer service on the planet (Lory) I do understand that you want to speak to a supervisor from Dekalb.
