Day 3 of outage and no one even knew it was out till 3rd day when a tech finally figured it out from all the service calls he was going to, kudos to him he was amazing and gave me the information of the outage not the rude person I talked to the phone not even 30 mins before they scheduled the tech out...how dose company not even know their is a outage after 3 days of customers calling and complaining! Service guy came fast and on time and the installation was professional But there is a lot of hidden details I called and I asked what I need to do to get the 10$ off my monthly billing and all they said was I need to set up autopay and I did that, but the payment never got adjusted, it turned out that I also need to go paperless billing So please work on your customer service and communication if you are expecting satisfied customers Thank you
AVOID IF YOU WORK FROM HOME AND DON'T KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BILL CHARGES! Capital One flagged that they are charging me 38% more per month as I have made the mistake of staying with Mediacom for over a year now. This internet is GARBAGE!!!!! It is constantly cutting out and giving us nothing but problems. I am definitely going to be looking into switching. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM FOR ANYTHING!
