If I could give zero starts I would because yall SUCK
11-26-2025 the ever scandalous Mediacom drove a 10 ton utility truck up my 100 year old driveway WITHOUT authorization. The inconsiderate trespasser not only drove an over weight truck up my driveway but also through my back yard making deep ruts. What these morons do not bother to check is that it is a PRIVATE easement not a utility easement. Should have called the police and pressed charges but it is the permanently corrupt Illinois and the historically scandalous Mediacom so why bother
Friendly knowledgeable but overall an outdated and expensive business model focused on profit over service
Went to the store to return equipment, drove an hour that way, just for them to have the store closed and shut down 2 hours before they were supposed to close.
Mediacom is the absolute worst internet provider. They over charge for a service they cannot deliver.
