IF YOU LIVE IN CEDAR FALLS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU BUT SAY THEY CAN. They told my grandma to turn her phone and cable off with CFU so she could switch and ended up giving her the run around for 3 days. One of the times they tried to say they came to her house and called her, and since she didn’t answer the phone they left they didn’t even ring the doorbell. Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
