Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
I don’t even have Mediacom but I let them in my backyard to bury some fiber optic cables. I have four dogs and now I have four giant holes in my yard that are dangerous for my puppies and they haven’t even told me if they’re coming back tomorrow.
Nyteika was able to get me back on track and my wifi going again. Great service!
