And outage or "maintenance" that lasts the whole day like everyday for a month and now the internet keeps spiking lagging and never consistent at this point I recommend getting anything but mediacom it use to be good an reliable been with them for decades but now they are up charging for crappy internet. I'm just gonna switch to starlink people been saying its more reliable
More outages than any other company I’ve used for internet by multiples of times of magnitude. It’s almost unbelievable how many times it’s gone out. I’ll never consider using this provider again. Starlink is the only viable option in Nogales

Literally THE worst internet service provider I’ve ever had in my life. I never leave reviews but it has gotten to the point where this is just ridiculous. I work from home and from June to December 2025 my internet would go out minimum 10-15 time a day; every single day. It got to the point where there were technicians at my house at least once a week and nothing was ever resolved.
