An outage for two days, this is insane.
Just another soon to be ex-customer. Drop, spikes, lag, just overall inconsistent service. Started off great 3 years ago, then progressively got worse eapecially atarting this year. The truth is the system is being updated to their multigig service and they decided to disconnect people while they do the job. Whoever decided and agreed on that pretty horrendous plan is just permanently losing customers. How about you warn people first and not 5 minutes before you cut a line for 7 hours?
And outage or "maintenance" that lasts the whole day like everyday for a month and now the internet keeps spiking lagging and never consistent at this point I recommend getting anything but mediacom it use to be good an reliable been with them for decades but now they are up charging for crappy internet. I'm just gonna switch to starlink people been saying its more reliable
