If I can give negative stars I would, I was told when I called my house was serviceable no problems took my money and scheduled a tech to come out , a week out the tech comes out just to be told he can’t do anything they need to get a construction crew out to evaluate the situation, waited a few more days to be told if I want Mediacom I have to pay a few thousand to make it happen I said no I was told my house was serviceable how is that on the customer, canceled the order to be told I won’t be refunded till equipment that w... read more
