Moms TV down 13 hrs. Called number said they were fixing it. Online info says no outages. Mediacom app unusable. Mediacom website unusable. Just and endless useless loop of something went wrong please try again. If you want to waste time trying to get information, while paying outrageous bills for crap service and inability to ever contact anyone in person for help, medicom is the company for you
It is brutal living in Lake County in some ways one of which is internet connectivity. Mediacom has friendly local technicians but the company is ruthless and provides inferior connectivity that can be down for DAYS, at a high price. Their hardware is literally decades behind. I changed to a hotspot from an old cellphone and get a better connection. Mediacom is an example of the greed that is destroying this country.
Constant outages with several repair requests. Moving on to another carrier.
