If you bring equipment here to return it was fast enough, but the woman working will look at you like you ruined her entire life and then when you mention that you need someone to come and grab leftover mediacom equipment left at your property she will straight up lie.

I pay 150 bucks a month for some of the shittiest internet in Auburn. Stuck using them because I have no other option. Absolutely ridiculous

Internet is great, when it works. Every so often the Internet goes out at exactly 1205 AM and doesn't comeback till around 1:45 AM. It's been happening to often.

I have been a Mediacom Internet customer for 27 years, and my rural location—where options are limited—has depended on them to stay connected. Over time, their service has been difficult to manage due to a lack of transparency, communication, and respect for longtime customers, including during account settling and updates. Horrible. Overpriced internet that never works and a company that does not value their customers' time. Internet goes out on a daily basis, called a technician to come out, he came out, problem still not resolved. Called again about two weeks later and set up another technician appointment and technician never showed.
