Mediacom has terrible service & the tech was an no show! After a week of waiting to have a service call the tech never showed up but claimed he did. Opened the Mediacom box in the front yard, left the box open which is dangerous to the children in the neighborhood & never showed up for apptmt! Now they’re making another appt a week out! I wonder if the tech will claim he fixed the issue we’ve been having for a month? What really irks me is the tech lied that he made the appt by calling our phone & hanging up! Currently dealing with a month-long outage, and the experience has exposed how broken Mediacom's customer support is. Repeated requests for updates and escalation have gone nowhere, promised follow-ups never happened, and communication has been consistently poor. It feels like customers are held hostage by a support system that can't resolve problems or provide answers. Do not recommend.
Absolutely clueless.
Teck service stinks. Have to wait 1 week or more to get someone to my house to restore internet service. I'm dropping them at 100 a month for this SERVICE. I'll go to tmobile I can't operate my home online business this way
